Q: Is SKY WORK really free?
A: Yes! SKY WORK MDM is absolutely free for up to 15 users and 5 devices per user.
Q: What happens when I need more users?
A: All you have to do is choose a plan. If you would like to keep managing SKY WORK yourself, it’s $1/user/month for the additional users. You always have 15 free users. If you’d like someone to manage SKY WORK for you, the cost is $3/user/month. Note: in the managed plan you have to pay for all users, including your first 15. SKY WORK would be managed by an authorized SKY WORK partner.
Q: What about support?
A: SKY WORK support is available 24/7 via email and live chat. You can email support@skywork.com or start a live chat session by clicking the chat bubble in the lower right-hand corner.
Q: How do the add on products work?
A: BlackBerry Dynamics and SKY DOCS are optional add-ons to SKY WORK. BlackBerry Dynamics is a suite of secure productivity apps that keep mobile users working no matter where they are. SKY DOCS is a secure document collaboration and management solution that allows you to keep control over all your documents. Both add-ons have 30-day free trials (no credit card required). After the trial BlackBerry Dynamics is $15/user/month and SKY DOCS is $25/user/month.
